Preventive Reliever  Attack reversing

Reliever medicines can provide immediate relief in symptomatic crisis.
 
Beta agonist and theophylline medicines are reliever while cromolyn sodium and inhaled steroids are preventive drugs. Every asthma prescription has these two types of medicines. From your doctor, know these two types of medicines prescribed for your asthma.
Characteristics of asthma medications
Preventive medicines
They decrease the sensitivity of the airways. They prevent asthmatic symptoms from starting by blocking inflammation. If there is no inflammation, there will be no asthmatic symptoms. Symptom relieving medicines

Asthmatic attack reversing medicines
