Generic Drug: Human Normal Immunoglobulin + Histamine Dihydrochloride + Sodium Thiosulphate.

Indication: Histoglob is indicated for all allergic conditions of various organ system such as allergic rhinitis, hay fever, bronchial asthma, eczema, urticaria, other skin allergies and migraine.

Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to preparation, pregnancy, menstruation and acute allergic attack.

Dosage & Administration: Available as injection to be given subcutaneously.

Adults: 1 ml injections at intervals of 4 days (total 3 injections).

Children: 1 ml injections at intervals of 8 days (total 3 injections).

Special Precautions: To be used cautiously in case of any existing infection; it is recommended that the infection be treated first before taking histoglob.

Side effects/ Undesired effects/ Adverse drug reactions: Side effects are not common as it is well tolerated by patients. Sometimes exacerbation of the clinical symptoms may occur after initial doses.
