Beclate-N Cream

Generic Drug: Beclomethasone Dipropionate + Neomycin.

Indication: Dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, vulval pruritis and other corticosteroid responsive inflammatory lesions associated or likely to be associated with secondary infection.

Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to preparation, pregnancy, lactation, skin tuberculosis, varicose ulcers, chicken pox vaccine and herpes virus infection.

Dosage & Administration: Local application on affected area. 2-3 times daily.

Special Precautions:

  • To be used for short term only.
  • To be used cautiously near the eyes. Exposure to eye may cause glaucoma and irritation.

Side effects/ Undesired effects/ Adverse drug reactions: Dermal atrophy, hypo-pigmentation, and adrenal pituitary suppression.
